The
AntiSocial
Engineer
Who They Are
Labelling themselves as an ethical social engineering company, The AntiSocial Engineer help organisations to protect themselves against online attacks by targeting companies in the same way that an attacker would, exposing vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
The Project
Before we got to work, The AntiSocial Engineer’s look was a little too rough around the edges for the larger, more corporate businesses they were starting to work with. As part of their rebrand, we wanted to give a nod to the disruption and edginess that the previous logo represented, whilst cleaning it up to make it more appealing to a slightly more corporate audience. The broken type of ‘Anti’ is just enough to reflect a bit of grunginess, whilst the use of the lock and ‘@‘ symbol as an icon emphasises the online safety that The AntiSocial Engineer can provide.
This style was then rolled out across three sub-brands, their social media, website, and company documents.
Testimonal
“When we needed to dramatically alter our brand, we asked different graphic designers for input. They wanted to take our brand’s values and tone them down, making them all clinical and boring. When we went to Ginger Fox Studio they fully redesigned our branding and logo – whilst keeping the ‘AntiSocial’ style our clients had grown to expect – that’s what the right talent can do where others fail.”
