DiscoTechnique
Disco Technique
Turning the feeling of the dancefloor into a brand.
Who They Are
Some brands start with a product.
DiscoTechnique started with a feeling.
The late nights. The basslines. The lasers. The packed dancefloors. The people you met at 2 am and somehow stayed friends with for years.
DiscoTechnique was created to celebrate club culture, past, present and future, through clothing and merchandise.
Starting with nothing but an idea, we developed the brand from the ground up. Strategy, positioning, identity, creative direction and an eCommerce website – all built to capture the energy and nostalgia of the dancefloor and turn it into something people could wear.
Turning a love of club culture into a brand people could belong to.
There are plenty of brands selling clothing inspired by music.
DiscoTechnique needed to be more than another graphic T-shirt brand.
The ambition was to create a distinctive identity with a clear point of view, something that would resonate with people who remember the clubs, raves and records, while still feeling relevant to a new generation discovering dance music for themselves.
The brand needed personality, attitude and a reason to exist beyond the products.
Finding the space between nostalgia and now.
We started by defining what DiscoTechnique stood for and, just as importantly, what it didn’t.
The brand needed to celebrate the culture without becoming stuck in the past. It needed to feel authentic without relying on tired rave clichés.
We developed a clear brand direction around the shared experiences, music and culture that connect people across generations.
The result was a foundation for a brand that could move beyond clothing into content, community, collaborations and future products.
A brand with its own rhythm.
The visual identity needed to feel unmistakably rooted in club culture while giving DiscoTechnique a distinctive voice of its own.
Bold typography, a flexible visual language and graphic elements inspired by the energy of the dancefloor create an identity that’s designed to work across everything from T-shirts and hoodies to social media, packaging and digital content.
It’s energetic without trying too hard.
Nostalgic without being stuck in the past.
And built to look just as good on the dancefloor as it does the morning after.
Bringing the brand to life online.
From the dancefloor to the wardrobe.
The brand has been designed to work across every part of the customer experience.
From the first social post to the website, from the packaging to the T-shirt someone wears on a night out, every touchpoint reinforces the same idea:
This is more than clothing.
It’s a connection to a culture, a time and a feeling that never really went away.
A brand built to keep the music playing.
DiscoTechnique now has a clear identity, a strong creative direction and a digital platform to grow from.
More importantly, it has a brand with a point of view.
One that celebrates the people, music and memories that make club culture what it is, while creating something new for the people discovering it today.
Because the rave doesn’t end when the lights come on.
It just comes home with you.
Feedback
“Working with Ginger Fox Studio was exactly what I needed. They were brilliant – not just at listening, but at challenging me in the right way.
They made sure I wasn’t just getting what I thought I wanted, but instead helped guide me towards what the brand actually needed.
What stood out most was how the process evolved. It wasn’t about just designing a logo – it became about building a full brand identity. Something with meaning, direction, and consistency that I can rely on as the business grows.”
